1. Lead to Won Deal Process

A name becomes a lead, a lead becomes a deal, a deal becomes revenue — and Insights tells you how well the machine ran.

1
The lead arrives. A public web form submission, an inbox message, or manual capture — scoring rules rate it as it lands (/SalesMarketing/Leads/Index). Leads register
↓
2
Qualified → a deal on the pipeline. Convert the lead and its opportunity takes a card on the kanban; moving the card IS the record the funnel and velocity reports read. Opportunity pipeline
↓
3
Quote, negotiate, win. Quotes attach to the deal with versions and totals; acceptance feeds the win, and Won/Lost is recorded with its outcome.
↓
4
Insights closes the loop. Funnel conversion by stage, campaign attribution and ROI, customer value and churn signals — measured from the same records the team worked in. Sales insights: funnel, forecast, attribution

Web forms

/SalesMarketing/WebForms/Index

Public capture forms with their own public URL, fields and consent line; submissions become leads.

  1. Create a form and its fields.
  2. Share the public URL.
  3. Watch submissions arrive as leads.
Note. The public form page carries the marketer's configured branding, not the back-office look — that is intentional.
Web forms

Inbox & insights

/SalesMarketing/Inbox/Index
  1. Work unmatched messages so every thread is filed against a lead, deal or account.
  2. Insights (/SalesMarketing/Insights) shows stage movement, campaign credit, customer value and churn signals.

FAQ & troubleshooting

Where do scoring rules live?

CRM Settings — pipelines, stages, score rules and custom fields are all configured there.

Why is a message 'unmatched'?

The inbox could not tie it to a record; open it and file it against the right lead or account.
