1. School Monitoring Process

Find the school, record what happens in it, watch it roll up — and put its people on Let’s Talk without leaving the register.

1
Find the school on the register. 34 000+ schools searchable by name, EMIS number, town or district; open one for its particulars, staff, classes and governing body. School register
↓
2
Record conduct as it happens. Merits and demerits go onto the behaviour register; points that reach a sanction surface on the sanctions-due list until they are resolved. Behaviour register
↓
3
Watch performance roll up. Marks, attendance, conduct and feedback aggregate to the performance dashboard — per school, class, teacher and learner, over the window you choose. School performance dashboard
↓
4
Put the school on Let’s Talk. The register’s Let’s Talk column shows coverage per school; one click provisions accounts for everyone there who has a CMIS login — people without a login are counted, not silently skipped.

FAQ & troubleshooting

Why does a school show 'No CMIS logins'?

Nobody at that school has a login yet, so no Let's Talk account can be created. Create the CMIS users first.

Why is the municipality column empty?

The register was imported from EMIS numbers and names; open a school and capture its particulars.
