🧭1. Mass Communication Approval Process

Nothing reaches an audience until a second pair of eyes releases it. Follow one message all the way.

1
Compose with the live branded preview. Subject, channel, audience, oversight copies — and a preview pane that renders the message exactly as it will arrive, desktop and mobile. Compose dialog with live preview
↓
2
Submit — the message waits for approval. Pending messages are read-only by design; the overview’s tiles track Draft, Awaiting approval, Approved and Released. Mass communication approval states
↓
3
The approver decides from the workflow queue. Mass Communication has its own queue under Administrative Approvals — claim, review, approve or reject. Workflow queue hub with the Mass Communication queue
↓
4
Released — and dressed by the email brand. Each recipient is mailed individually wearing the brand from Configuration → Email Branding, so a campaign and a system notice arrive looking like the same organisation. The email brand that dresses every outbound message

🧭2. Survey Process

Ask, publish, collect, read — one screen carries the survey from draft to results.

1
Create the survey and its questions. /MarketingAndComms/Survey/SurveyOverview — drafts stay editable until published. Survey management
↓
2
Publish inside its window. Open and close dates control when responses are accepted.
↓
3
Run it. The Run Survey panel captures responses; respondents can also be reached through a mass communication (Process 1).
↓
4
Read the results. The Results panel aggregates answers per question; export the register for deeper analysis.

📨Mass communication

Mass Communication /MarketingAndComms/MassCommunication/MassCommunicationOverview

Bulk messages under an approval gate: draft, awaiting approval, approved, released. The compose dialog carries a live email preview with desktop and mobile frames.

  1. Create the message: subject, channel, audience (a user group or imported contacts), CC/BCC oversight copies.
  2. Watch the live preview — it renders with the system's email branding.
  3. Submit; an approver releases it. Each recipient is mailed individually.
⚠️ While a message is pending approval it is read-only — the dialog says so.

📋Surveys

Surveys /MarketingAndComms/Survey/SurveyOverview

Design surveys, run them, and read results with response bars — drafts, active and closed each counted on the hero.

  1. Build questions in the editor.
  2. Publish to open responses; close to freeze results.

🎪Events

Events /MarketingAndComms/Events/EventsOverview

The event register with publish windows and promo media; badges (/Events/Badge), attendee check-in (/Events/CheckIn), a public listing (/Events/PublicEvents) and a dashboard (/Events/Dashboard).

  1. Create the event with its publish window.
  2. Upload promo media; share the public page.
  3. On the day, check attendees in and print badges.

❓FAQ & troubleshooting

Why can't I edit my message?

It is pending approval — read-only by design. Ask the approver to decline it back to draft if changes are needed.

Do recipients see each other?

No. Each person is mailed individually; CC/BCC are oversight copies receiving one message.

What branding do the emails carry?

The system email brand from Configuration → Email Branding — currently Nexus ERP.
